The process – To book a Custom style Consultation there is a $100 non-refundable fee. This fee is also used towards the purchase of a Custom Style. If a garment is not purchased, the $100 is used as only a consultation fee. The $100 fee is used to secure your consultation. Your consultation is virtual, all you will need to prep for this consultation is a measuring tape. During the consultation we will discuss design, color options, sizing, and conduct measurements. After all the details are finalized, a final price is reached and a PayPal invoice is sent for payment. Upon, completion of payment, we begin construction.
Construction time - Your garment is custom made specifically for you. This garment requires a lot of time and special detail and can take up to two months to complete. Expedited service is available upon request.
Approval Process – Once your garment is complete, the approval stage begins. To ensure that the garment is to your liking, we will place the garment on the mannequin, to send detailed photos of all angles, and a video via text message. Upon approval from you within 24 to 48 hours we are able to ship immediately. If approval is not received within this timeframe we will also ship the garment to avoid further delays. Shipping time could take up to 2 to 5 business days within the US.
