What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs) To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs) To process transactions Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. To send periodic emails The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
How do we protect your information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect others or ours rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
Oyemwen ships orders via USPS (Domestic) and DHL (International), after the 14-21 business days processing time. Expedited service available, please DM @shopoyemwen on Instagram for details. Domestic shipping within the United States costs $20.00 and is delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment. International Shipment costs $55.00 via DHL and is delivered within 3-7 business days after shipment. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships. With the use of the tracking number provided, a package can be tracked on USPS or DHL website. Oyemwen ships internationally via DHL and is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with the shipment upon delivery. All shipping charges are non-refundable as it is a carrier charge.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
Construction of each garment begins immediately after purchase - hence we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, merchandise purchased from Oyemwen.com for size exchange only. We offer a one-time exchange only and that includes size exchanges. Eligible items (custom made to order styles) received at our warehouse within fourteen (14) days after delivery, will qualify for size exchange only. This applies to all orders immediately after purchase. Please note: For styles not displayed, and colors not selected from the color chart on our website shall be constituted as a custom style order and will only qualify for size alterations. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable and will not be included as part of the store credit. Exchange shipping is $40 which covers shipping back the original garment and receiving the new garment. A prepaid label will be provided for the return. Please note that construction time for a size adjustment can take 14-21 business days. Each customer shall only be allowed one (1) exchange per original purchase.
